We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any trial offer at any time without prior notice.

Unless stated otherwise, when a trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and you will be billed according to the selected pricing option. Subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to our Services. If you do not wish to continue, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Failure to cancel in time may result in charges for the next billing period, which are non-refundable unless required by law. We encourage users to review their subscription details regularly and manage their preferences through their account settings or by contacting our support team with any questions.

Payment, Upgrading, Downgrading, and Cancellation

All payments for Visio SEO Services must be made in full and on time. Unless otherwise clearly stated, all fees are non-refundable, including those paid in advance for monthly or annual plans. By using our Services, you agree to pay the applicable charges associated with your selected plan.

If you choose to upgrade your subscription, you may be billed immediately at the new rate, and any changes to your access or features will take effect as soon as the upgrade is processed. Please note that downgrading your plan may result in a reduction of available features, service limits, or stored data. It is your responsibility to back up any necessary content before making changes to your plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused time within the current billing cycle. Services will remain active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We recommend reviewing your plan details carefully before making changes to ensure you fully understand the impact on your account.

Payment Terms and Service Suspension

1. Payment Obligations

Clients are required to make timely payments for all services provided by Visio SEO, including but not limited to SEO services, hosting management and third-party platform fees, as outlined in the agreed-upon invoice or service agreement. Payments are due on the date specified in the invoice, typically within 30 days of issuance.

2. Late Payments

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, Visio SEO reserves the right to assess a late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) per month until the balance is settled. Clients will be notified via email of any overdue payments and given an opportunity to rectify the situation.

3. Non-Payment and Service Suspension

In the event of non-payment exceeding 60 days past the due date, and after reasonable attempts to contact the client have been made (e.g., via email or phone), Visio SEO reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Disabling access to websites, applications, or hosting services managed by Visio SEO.
• Suspending SEO campaign activities, reporting, or support.
• Withholding deliverables until payment is received in full.
  Suspension will occur only after a final written notice is sent to the client, providing at least 7 days to settle the outstanding balance.

4. Data Retention and Termination

Upon suspension, Visio SEO will retain backups of client data (e.g., website files, databases) for a period of 60 days, unless otherwise required by law. If payment remains unresolved after this period, Visio SEO may terminate the client’s services entirely and delete all associated data, with no liability for loss of data or business interruption. Clients will remain responsible for any outstanding balances, including fees accrued during the suspension period.

5. Reactivation

Services may be reinstated at Visio SEO’s discretion upon full payment of all outstanding amounts, including late fees and any reactivation costs (e.g., hosting restoration fees). Reactivation is not guaranteed and may depend on third-party provider policies.

6. Third-Party Services

For services managed by Visio SEO on behalf of the client (e.g., hosting), the client acknowledges that Visio SEO may incur costs to maintain active accounts. Non-payment may result in Visio SEO passing these costs to the client, in addition to suspension or termination of access to such services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, designs, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property made available by Visio SEO remain the exclusive property of Visio SEO unless otherwise indicated. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary tools, website layouts, marketing strategies, and written content created as part of our Services. These elements are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Clients maintain full ownership of any pre-existing materials they provide to us, such as logos, branding assets, or written content developed before the engagement. By utilizing our Services, you grant Visio SEO a limited, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your submitted content solely to deliver and support the agreed-upon services. This license is restricted to the duration of our working relationship and does not grant us ownership over your intellectual property.

Any custom work developed by Visio SEO as part of a client project may be subject to specific ownership terms outlined in a separate agreement. We are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of our clients and expect the same in return.

Data Privacy and Security

At Visio SEO, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care. All data collected through your use of our Services is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how information is gathered, used, stored, and shared.
